The price was very fair, the mechanic was friendly and efficient. the only problem was that it was not done on the day originally scheduled, it was the next day but was not a problem for me.

This was the first time I used 1-800-Battery. I cannot tell you how conveinient and profissient this experience was. The map that showed where my technician was and the ETA was a nice touch. If I could give it 10 stars I would! It was refreshing to be updated continuously so I knew when the tech would arrive. BRAVO

Booking online was very easy. I would recommend the company to be explicit that you must order before 2:00PM to get service faster. Orders after that get jumped to the next day. Also, allow for installation time.
The tech showed up on time and did the job efficiently and expeditiously. I am writing from Metairie, Louisiana. The tech Ryan Senkel was professional. Highly recommend him.

I had a dead battery in my BMW suv, and the car wouldn’t start even with the jump cables (at least not through the contacts meant for it, didn’t try directly through the battery). Placed the order online, got immediately a call and 2.5h later a technician came and swapped in a new, equivalent, battery. Very happy, avoided towing the car to a stealership.
