I have used 1-800-Battery a few times and I appreciate their help so much! This time, Ray G. came and helped us when my daughter's car left her stranded after we ate at a local restaurant. Luckily, I was with her and she was able to come with me to wait until someone could come help us. The wait time (from 8 pm until the following afternoon at about 3:30) is the only negative. Ray was so friendly and helpful! He even called a friend/mechanic to ask a question bc the starter also had to be replaced so I had to have it towed! :$

I can't speak much to the price, as I was more concerned with convenience at the time, but it seemed fairly on par with what a shop would charge. My technician Issac was awesome. After I finished the online transaction, he was in communication with me within less than about 30 minutes and I was back on the road within a couple hours. No jump starts. Didn't even leave my home. To top it off, Isaac and I also had a great conversation. Solid dude.

Excellent service. One thing I want to mention is about "Warranty" of the Battery installed? The technitian was very nice guy. But I did not get warranty for 36KMile from him. Who will provide Baterry warranty certificate?

Wow! What a great experience. I ordered a bateery online. It turned out it I was wrong about what I needed. I was able to cancel the order and re-order the right battery and get it installed at an address that was not mine that I changed at the last minute. Garic Cooper was fantastic doing the install. I will always use 1-800-Battery in the future.
