My battery was completely dead and I couldn’t even jumpstarted from another car. I need it in a brand new battery. I called at 9 AM and by 11 AM. I had my new battery installed. They were very professional. They did a great job.

The website was easy. On installation day, I rcvd a text 20 min b4 the appt that had a GPS map showing my installers location & continually updating me on how many minutes b4 he will arrive. Loved that! James, my installer, was professional, friendly & knowledgable. He went above & beyond b/c my battery was in my trunk. I didn't know that so ofcourse it was full of "stuff". He took everything out with a smile. Very nice guy. I highly recommend this service!

I initially contacted 1-800-Battery after seeing their website while searching for help with my car. After speaking with a representative who was reassuring and informative, I decided to move forward with the service. I was told a technician would arrive within 2 to 3 hours, and to my surprise, they were exactly on time. The technician arrived, let me know I could stay inside, and handled everything efficiently. When I came back out, all my dashboard warning lights were gone, and my car was running smoothly again.
