I just bought the battery so it is too early to tell how the battery is. The service tech was on time, knowledgeable and efficient. I also like the notification the company sent me all along as the tech was arriving to my home. It added to the "safety' factor for a single female like myself. I appreciated that.

I initially contacted 1-800-Battery after seeing their website while searching for help with my car. After speaking with a representative who was reassuring and informative, I decided to move forward with the service. I was told a technician would arrive within 2 to 3 hours, and to my surprise, they were exactly on time. The technician arrived, let me know I could stay inside, and handled everything efficiently. When I came back out, all my dashboard warning lights were gone, and my car was running smoothly again. I highly recommend 1-800-Battery—excellent service and a seamless experience from start to finish.
