I initially contacted 1-800-Battery after seeing their website while searching for help with my car. After speaking with a representative who was reassuring and informative, I decided to move forward with the service. I was told a technician would arrive within 2 to 3 hours, and to my surprise, they were exactly on time. The technician arrived, let me know I could stay inside, and handled everything efficiently. When I came back out, all my dashboard warning lights were gone, and my car was running smoothly again. I highly recommend 1-800-Battery—excellent service and a seamless experience from start to finish.

Hello Richard, my name is Henry Mavrinac and I purchased a battery from you on 7/3/25. My experience was a good one except for one thing. When your technician was getting ready to leave I asked him for the 3 year battery warranty for my 2009 Saturn Aura XR. He told me he would email it before he left. When I checked my email there was nothing. Richard, I am old school and I want to see a paper warranty. If I have an issue with this battery I should be able to reference my purchase date with a paper warranty. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
